Dear MDRA folks... Welcome to December!
Two meetings coming up.
Tuesday evening is a Halibut Derby Steering Committee meeting. If you want to help the Halibut Derby in 2014 be successful then email me for info on the meeting and where we are meeting. Leaders and Doers needed. Halibut Derby is slated for June 7th 2014.
Annual MDRA Holiday Dinner Meeting is December 12th. Toy Drive*. Pot Luck appetizers and deserts. (Coordinate what you are bringing with Carolene Bookman please.) Caterer is bringing main course(Mex Fiesta). Meeting is on our typical 2nd Thursday of the month. Volunteers welcome. Bring the wife** for a fun social event to mix and mingle.
Note... Last Chance to submit your November Weight Slips to our club weighmaster Randy Sprout. Good luck out fishing for the December FOM award.
Save the Date: Jan 9th - MDRA Club meeting. Feb 15th is MDRA Annual Awards Dinner Gala at DRYC where the trophies for top anglers of 2013 will be awarded.
* - Toy Drive - Bring a new unwrapped to for donation to needy kids
** Wife or husband or significant other and kids are welcome to this family event.
